【Position】
 Accounting Specialist

【Essential Duties】
 Payroll
•    Process and ensure the accuracy of the bi-weekly payroll using ADP Totalsource
•    Process SIMPLE IRA deposit
•    Maintain and prepare the bonus schedule 
•    Manage PTO and sick days
•    Manage rules to comply with labor laws
•    Support HR-related matters
•    Support expatriate employees
•    Examine and select health insurance
•    Manage new hire and retiree documentation
Accounting
•    Manage accounts payable and receivable
•    Manage petty cash account
•    Prepare bank reconciliation
•    Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedule
•    Maintain supply inventories
•    Manage corporate credit card
•    Calculate the cost of manufactured goods
•    Examine and select corporate and auto insurance
•    Maintain vendor files including W-9 and 1099 annual reporting
•    Maintain budget management chart
•    Maintain cash flow statement
•    Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
•    Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting
•    Prepare budgets and forecasts
•    Support audit
Tax
•    Computing and filing sales tax in multiple states
•    Conduct annual and semi-annual filing
•    Prepare and process some state taxes

9:00-17:00

 $60,000-90,000

【Qualifications】
・+3 years Accounting experience.
・Bilingual oral and written skills on a business level in both English and Japanese.
・Bachelor degree of Accounting is preferred.
・Work experience in a small sized, fast growing company is preferred.
