Business Development Specialist

• To gain a complete understanding of the Enplas Corporate Philosophy • To exhibit an objective and professional attitude that exemplifies the principles of the Enplas Corporate Philosophy of maintaining a positive and productive workplace. • To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities that exemplifies the principles of the Enplas Corporate Philosophy of maintaining a positive team oriented working environment. • To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that exemplifies the principles of the Enplas Corporate Philosophy of maintaining a continuous improvement environment. • To follow Enplas policies and display conduct expected of Enplas employees as described in the employee handbook. • To meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of Enplas. • To perform daily cross-functional job assignments as required and per the department’s established procedures and work instructions. • To follow Enplas safety rules and policies and display conduct expected of Enplas employees as described in the Safety and Health Management System • Empowered and responsible for eliminating unsafe acts and conditions: - Continually be on the lookout for any unsafe acts or conditions. - If you are comfortable, immediately correct any unsafe acts or conditions. - If you are not comfortable with correcting an unsafe act or condition, notify your supervisor immediately. - Conduct formal safety and health inspection at least monthly and discuss results and action items with employees. - If you are not comfortable with correcting an unsafe act or condition, coordinate the correction with the appropriate personnel or service and ensure resolution or correction. • Expected to contribute to the continual improvement of the Safety and Health Management System: - Provide feedback to coworkers and supervisor during periodic shift/department meetings or as needed regarding any and all improvement ideas including improvement of procedures, material, resource availability, and training. - Reinforcing a safe and healthy environment through activities such as modeling the appropriate safety and health behavior, including safety and health topics in periodic meetings, and providing feedback to employees regarding their individual responsibility for creating a safe and healthy environment.
