Job Description

1. Communicator and organizer between Texas Instruments, Microsoft, Intel accounts and branch operations regarding customer shipments, customer invoices (accounts receivables) and special shipment requests. 2. Coordinate and prepare rate quotation requests with branch operations for customers. 3. Process, communicate and resolve shipment delays or issues for customers and report back to customers. 4. Monitor Key performance indicators (KPI) by spot checking branch compliance to ensure customer contracted transit times are completed. 5. Monitor and spot check invoicing vs customer's rate card are accurate to help eliminate account receivable issues. 6. Monitor and follow up on customer's cargo claims. 7. Attend internal conference calls for state of the business and issue solving. Field and reply to customer requests for updates or escalations.
