Job Description

Position Title
Bilingual Administrator Accounting Staff
Job Description
Accounts payable: Enter vendor invoices into the system, issue checks, and make ACH payments and wire transfers.
Accounts receivable: Issue invoices to the customer, verify and record the payments from the customer.
Payroll: Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll with the payroll service company.
Tax filing: Provide financial information to the tax service company for various tax returns.
Financial Reports: Complete monthly financial statements and the other required documents to report to the Japanese parent company.
                                 Provide financial information and prepare documents for financial auditor.
HR: Support HR duties as needed such as insurance and benefits matters, and visa renewal for expats.
