【Position】
  Logistics Coordinator

【Summary】
 Responsible for Logistics coordinating relationship between suppliers and customers by performing the following duties through supervisors.

【Essential Duties】
・Receive products and issue receivers.
 ・Verify the received contents per packing slip or equivalent documents..
 ・Check receivers against packing slips.
 ・Prepare shipment per picking ticket.
 ・Notify customer services/sales for any issues or discrepancies.
 ・Perform inspection task as needed.
 ・File and scan documents properly.
 ・Meet outside sources related to shipping.
 ・Attend seminars as needed.
 ・Obtain work related certificate as needed.

【Working Hours, Working style】
8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

 *You can choose between half-day remote work and half-day office work, or full-time remote work for 2 days + office work for 3 days.
* For the first 3 months (trial period), you will be required to match the work shift of your education or management position.

40K-42K

【Qualifications】
・Read and interpret documents such as packing slips and receivers.
 ・Use scales and calipers and other company tools.
 ・Use common sense to deal with diverse problems in various situations.
 ・Use common sense to pack the products with proper packaging.
 ・Use company software and equipment such as scanning, faxing, copying.
 ・Improve work performance continuously.
 ・Adopt any change that company makes for procedures and work instruction.
 ・Learn regulatory matters.
 ・Support and help other department when needed.
