HR Generalist

An HR Generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and take responsibility for the smooth operations of the organization. A solid understanding of the HR processes throughout the employee life cycle is essential. ​​​​​​​To ensure success, the HR Generalist should display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of local and federal HR laws, employee relationships, recruitment management, employee development and company culture. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in project management, transparent in communication and precise in administrative processes. ​​​​​​​We’re looking for an HR Generalist with strong organizational skills, high IT literacy (including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and AI tools), excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR related laws and regulations. Ability to interpret complex data and present insights in a clear and actionable manner. The ideal candidate can work independently and manage multiple priorities, handle tasks efficiently under pressure in a remote environment. Business-level Japanese is essential for regular communication with stakeholders in Japan.
