Position
Assistant Graphic Designer

Summary
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Graphic Designer to join their Marketing & Design team. This role will assist the Design Manager with a variety of design projects, including print and digital collateral, website updates, and social media content. The Assistant Graphic Designer will also coordinate marketing activities and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Essential Duties
・ Assist the Design Manager with ongoing projects, including development and production of marketing materials.
・ Design and produce collateral such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and digital assets.
・ Format and style presentations and visuals to uphold brand standards with consistency and accuracy.
・ Support website administration, including updating content and producing web graphics.
・ Partner with the marketing team to create social media content and coordinate campaign visuals.
・ Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper use of brand assets, logos, and design guidelines
・ Travel to store locations and assist with design-related materials and events, including conventions and grand openings.
・ Prepare sketches, mock-ups, or graphics as needed, and incorporate feedback from designers and managers.

Working Hours, Working style
9:00~18:00  (Non-Exempt)

Woking Location
Brea, CA 

Office will relocate to the LA/Orange County border area in 2026 Spring.
 ​​​​​​**Hybrid work style after 90-day probation. Work style may vary based on supervisor assignment and are subject to change depending on management’s needs.**

Salary/Benefit
$22/hr~$24/hr

​​​​​​​This role requires regular weekend work and may include work on holidays based on business needs.

Qualifications
・ 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design preferred.
・ Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects.
・ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
・ Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design trends.
・Knowledge and experience working with all relevant social media platforms (e.g. Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X)
・ Ability to travel frequently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
