【Position】
HR Manager

【Summary】
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. This role will be responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent, while also contributing to broader HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation.

【Essential Duties】

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles, particularly in our industry.

• Manage the full-cycle hiring process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate profiles.

• Maintain and expand candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and recruitment agencies.

• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).

• Support other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.

【Qualifications】

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
