-Handle the transfer of shipments from teardown facility and warehouse to repair shops.-Data entry of repair orders in Pentagon system.-Repair process & delivery control of repair orders.-Handle export of repair orders that needs to be repaired outside the USA.-Control of issuing of repair order based on safety inventory level.-Maintain Pentagon data.-Checking and updating repair capability of repair shops.-Communicate with repair shop to create business relationship and process our order smoothly.-Keeps good communication with Supervisor by accurate and timely report, communication and consultation-Other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time.

-Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English.-Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English.-Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English.-Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.-Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions.-Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.-Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.-Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.
