Assistant Manager

Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Operation Control Team by supervising daily operational activities, ensuring accuracy in data management, and promoting efficiency within the department. This role assists the Manager in optimizing workflows, mentoring clerks, and maintaining smooth communication with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of business administration principles.

Essential Duties
・Assisting Manager in improving efficiency in terms of cost and workload by making suggestions to Manager on improvements in procedures used in daily operations.
・Handling customers and suppliers in a professional and efficient manner, especially in circumstances where a payment is late, misplaced, or some other problem. 
・Determining work priorities on a daily basis, and ensuring that the urgent projects are completed in time.
・Assisting and supervising team members in their daily operations.

Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree required.
